My name is Elisabeth Berg Harris, and I am a Certified Rolfer® based in Longmont, Colorado. I offer individual Rolfing® sessions as well as the traditional 10-Series, helping people get relief from pain, improve posture, and develop a deeper awareness of their bodies.
I have always been passionate about helping people and have long believed that many physical problems can be prevented or improved by working directly with the body. After moving to Colorado in 2002, I was introduced to Rolfing® a few years later through a close friend.
I watched several friends find relief from chronic pain through Rolfing®, which made me curious enough to experience it myself. The work transformed both my body and my perspective in profound ways. After seeing the impact it had on my life, I knew this was something I wanted to share with others. Soon after, I enrolled at the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado, where I completed my training and became a Certified Rolfer®.
In 2015, I founded Nordic Rolfing®.
Since then, my goal has been to help people move more comfortably, feel more balanced in their bodies, and live with less pain. Rolfing® is more than my profession—it is truly my passion. I feel grateful every day to do work that helps people reconnect with their bodies and improve their quality of life.
Rolfing® Structural Integration works with the body’s connective tissue (fascia) to release long-held patterns of tension. By bringing the body into better alignment with gravity, the skeletal system can organize itself in a more natural and efficient way. Many people experience improvements not only in physical comfort and posture, but also in energy, body awareness, and overall well-being.
I believe that when the body is more balanced and aligned, it supports health in every aspect of life.
